Integrating Technology and Medical Education
IMPORTANT - All PCs in classrooms and meeting spaces located in SSOM or CTRE will be migrated to the LUC network beginning on January 5, 2017. We will provide updates on this page regarding new login instructions and deployment schedule.
Educational Technologies maintains the audio-visual equipment in classrooms and lecture halls on the Loyola University Health Sciences Division (Maywood) campus. We strive to integrate state-of-the-art digital technology in our facilities to provide students, faculty and instructional staff effective technological learning/teaching tools for outstanding medical education and research.
Educational Technologies staff are available weekdays from 8:30a.m. to 5 p.m. in Cuneo Room 184 or by contacting x65992. If you would like A/V support for your event, please email EdTechSupport@luc.edu at least five business days in advance. Please include the event name, date, time, and location; contact name; and contact phone/pager number. Evening and weekend support may be requested by submitting an off hours AV tech support request form.
Educational Technologies is not responsible for room set-up and podiums (Housekeeping - x65399), unlocking doors (Security - x69077), and non-A/V related classroom materials such as flip charts, easels, and markers.
