- Students may apply for accommodations after they are admitted but before they enroll by contacting the Dean of Admissions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- After a student has enrolled they may begin the process of applying for accommodations by contacting the Director of the Academic Center for Excellence and Accessibility at 708.216.4997 or email@example.com. Additional information regarding the accommodations application process can be found in the SSOM Academic Policy Manual.
- Students will be required to submit appropriate supporting documentation and to meet with staff to begin the interactive process regarding accommodations. For information regarding the requisite documentation, please consult Loyola University Chicago's Documentation Guidelines.
- Please note that students requesting accommodations for USMLE board examinations (Step 1, Step 2 CK/CS, and Step 3), must apply directly to the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME). For students interested in applying for accommodations for USMLE board examinations, SSOM has set forth recommendations, beginning with Step 1.
