The Loyola University Chicago Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Master of Public Health (MPH) dual degree program trains physician-researchers and physician-practitioners who will become leaders in both medicine and public health. These two programs are complimentary, as medicine typically focuses on caring for and healing individual patients, while public health addresses prevention in populations.
The Master of Arts in Bioethics and Health Policy is one of three online graduate degree programs offered through the Neiswanger Institute for Bioethics, which is housed at Loyola's Stritch School of Medicine. This fully online program was started in 2002, having graduated over 170 students.
