3-Minute Thesis Competition

All of our HSD students did a great job on Thursday February 15^th at the 3-Minute Thesis competition!  We should be so proud that 1^st and 3^rd place winners came from our programs:

• 1^st Place: David Ford, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Ph.D. candidate in Dr. Andrew Dingwall's lab
• 3^rd Place: Mike Hantak, Microbiology and Immunology, Ph.D. candidate in Dr. Thomas Gallagher's lab

Dave Ford will represent Loyola at the MAGS (Midwest Association of Graduate Schools) Regional competition in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on April 4-6^th.
