Welcome

The Center for Biomedical Informatics (CBMI) collaborates with biomedical scientists to develop computational solutions for their research projects. Our highly experienced staff members become an integral part of each project, actively engaging in experimental design, data analysis, publication authorship, and grant writing.

With our in-house high-performance computing infrastructure, we are able to perform a wide range of bioinformatics and statistical data analysis tasks in the areas of genomics, metagenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, epidemiological studies and electronic health record data mining. We also specialize in developing web-based databases to help researchers with data management.

If you are interested in collaborating with us on any biomedical informatics projects, please contact us.
