Surgery Interest Group (SIG)

Surgery Interest Group

The Surgery Interest Group (SIG) serves to educate students of the Stritch School of Medicine about the field of surgery. Surgery offers a diverse scope of clinical practice, research, and service. SIG supports students interested in surgery from M1 year to residency though mentorship, clinical exposure, and research offered by the LUMC Department of Surgery and beyond. In addition, SIG hopes to expose students to the social impact of surgery, life-style of different fields, and cutting-edge of research.
