Premnath is pursuing his graduate studies in Management Information Systems at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He graduated from SRM University, India with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. His research interests are in the field of Data science and Analytics. His current work explores optimized strategies of HCV treatment among substance users using Agent-based modeling strategy. Mainly focusing on Hepatitis C prevalence reduction with Antiviral treatment scale-up in persons who inject drugs. Outside of the lab, he enjoys traveling, playing chess and soccer.
