Swati Debroy is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics in University of South Carolina-Beaufort. She received her B.Sc. degree from University of Calcutta, India, followed by an M.S. and Ph.D. in Mathematics from University of Florida. She is a mathematical biologist focusing on modeling different aspects of hepatitis viral kinetics under treatment. Currently she is also modeling the dynamics of childhood obesity in the Lowcountry region of South Carolina.
