Special Note: Report to the Women's Health Center on the third floor of the Loyola Outpatient Center at 8:00 a.m.  
Description: This elective provides the student with experience in caring for female patients with pelvic floor disorders. Students will become familiar with pelvic floor dysfunction, birth trauma in relation to later incontinence and the effect of aging on the pelvic floor. The student will participate in aspects of surgical and ambulatory care throughout the rotation.
Method of Evaluation: Instructor's evaluation of clinical performance, review of case list, reading and knowledge of current literature and oral presentation.
