The Office of Registration & Records (ORR) is a resource for physicians-in-training, students, alumni, faculty, and staff.  It maintains various course and elective catalogues, information for physicians-in-training, and provides a variety of forms, among other services.  Alumni can contact ORR for degree verification, diploma replacement, transcript, and related requests.  ORR is located in room 220 in Cuneo Center/Stritch School of Medicine.
