Address Change

  • It is each student's responsibility to keep Registration & Records informed of his/her current contact info (local address, permanent address, phone, etc.) at all times.
  • Please ensure that you keep your biographical records up-to-date with our office. If at any time in the future you need to update or correct your contact info (e.g., address, phone, etc), you may do so yourself through myLUMEN. When you log onto myLUMEN, click on the "myInformation" link on the left-hand menu. You can view the biographical and address records that we have on file for you and request any changes or corrections.
  • Once Registration & Records has updated your information in our database, this will automatically trigger an update to your information in LOCUS within 24 hours.
  • Please remember to inform us promptly of any changes to your contact information. Our office periodically mails out important, time sensitive material to students. In addition, we provide mailing labels and address lists to many other offices within the school.

Name Change

  • If your name changes during your time at Stritch, please complete the NAMECHNGFORM.pdf and bring it to Registration & Records along with a certified copy of the legal documentation of your name change.
  • For name changes that will occur at the end of your fourth year, close to graduation, please see the Graduation Name Change Procedure.
