Integrating Technology and Medical Education
Educational Technologies maintains the audio-visual equipment in classrooms and lecture halls on the Loyola University Health Sciences Division (Maywood) campus. We strive to integrate state-of-the-art digital technology in our facilities to provide students, faculty and instructional staff effective technological learning/teaching tools for outstanding medical education and research.
Educational Technologies staff are available weekdays from 8:30a.m. to 5 p.m. in Cuneo Room 184 or by contacting x65992. If you would like A/V support for your event, please email EdTechSupport@luc.edu at least five business days in advance. Please include the event name, date, time, and location; contact name; and contact phone/pager number. Evening and weekend support may be requested by submitting an off hours AV tech support request form. A fee may be incurred for off-hours support. We are happy to train users in use of the equipment during regular business hours to avoid this fee.
Educational Technologies is not responsible for room set-up and podiums (Housekeeping - x65399), unlocking doors (Security - x69077), and non-A/V related classroom materials such as flip charts, easels, and markers.
