An automated room scheduling program has been created to reserve classrooms and conference/meeting rooms located in the SSOM/Cuneo, MNSON, CTRE, and Maguire buildings located on the Loyola University Health Sciences Division (Maywood) campus. Please access this program by logging into the Application Portal and then selecting "Room Scheduler." Instructions and tips on how to schedule and manage your events have been provided on the default page.
We have created documentation with minimum/maximum number of attendees, room pictures, and verification of rooms which have built-in audio capabilities to use with online recording/web conferencing software such as Panopto and Zoom. ALL rooms can be used with this software, but any room marked "No" will require EdTech to install additional equipment for audio. If video is needed, all rooms (except CTRE 153) will need a camera installed.
