There are two supported choices for holding a web conference meeting here at Loyola: Zoom and Skype for Business. With both applications you can share content as well as video and audio.
LUC has a site license for Zoom and Skype for Business, and they are available to University employees. We also have web conferencing packs available for loan which include both a webcam and headset.
LUHS employees will need to use WebEx. Access to creating a WebEx meeting would need to be obtained by contacting the Trinity help desk. Other third-party applications, such as Skype, can also be used; but since they are not solutions which are managed in-house we can only provide basic support. Our web conferencing packs can also be borrowed for these meetings.
